7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Return Conditions

Product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

In original packaging with all tags intact

Items that appear washed or used will be rejected.

 

Return Shipping Cost

₹100 return shipping fee (paid by customer) for change of mind or personal preference.

Free return (paid by BabyBuu) for defective or incorrect products.

 

Refund Method

Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.

COD orders: Bank transfer or store credit.

Refund processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.

 

Cancellation

Before shipment: Free cancellation. Full refund within 5-7 business days.

After shipment: Cannot be cancelled. Return as per policy.
